Yes, we do! Our streaming services are covered under a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee. If you are not happy for whatever reason we will refund the unused portion (days) back to your original method of payment if you cancel before the 14 days is up.
All other services we offer such as mobile app, alexa skill, and radio station websites do not have a refund policy because they are custom built for your station. All sales are final for those products.
As you sign up and make payment your streaming server will be instantly activated. You will receive an email shortly with the control panel details. If you need help setting your new station up simply reach out to us and we will assist you all the way.
When deciding which plan is right for you, first consider the amount of resources required to host your radio station. This includes the sound quality "bitrate", number of listeners you anticipate and how much space you need for auto DJ function to work. If you have questions we are here to help.
Of course, we can and we would love to help you! We offer free setup for your streaming services with us, we will help you setup the control panel, get your encoder connected if your live broadcasting and if you need help with your radio automation playout software setup we can help with that too for a small fee.
